By submitting User Content, you grant The Candidate Experience a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, display, distribute, and publish your content on the Platform and related marketing materials.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not guarantee accuracy, and we are not liable for any harm caused by User Content.

3. Platform Content and Scoring

The Platform may provide company scores, metrics, and ratings ("Scores").

Scores are opinions and informational in nature; they are not a guarantee of performance or quality.

You understand and agree that reliance on Scores is at your own risk.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any User Content at our discretion, without notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our moderation decisions are final and not subject to dispute.

5. Payment Products

Certain features or training programs may be offered for purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We do not guarantee outcomes or results from paid products or services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's security or functionality
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Candidate Experience and its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from User Content
• Any inaccuracies in Scores or metrics
• Any interruption, error, or loss of data on the Platform

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Candidate Experience, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Any violation of these Terms

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or consolidated lawsuits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be effective when posted, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
